In Nebraska and Washington, I am paneled with a handful of insurance companies including Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care and UMR. The insurance piece also depends on whether you are located in Washington or Nebraska. Reach out and we can determine whether I accept your particular insurance.

I am strictly Self-Pay in the state of Colorado.

I also accept Self-Pay and Out of Network Benefits for NE and WA clients. You can check with your insurance provider about what your out-of-network benefits are to determine if you are eligible for partial reimbursement.
